Each Group/institution may only complete the form for one age level at a time. If you would like to participate in both the Junior and Senior sections, you must complete a separate registration form for each section per institution. Registration for the categories below is handled individually. This means you can register for Public Speaking now, and later submit a separate registration for Creative Arts under the same institution.
